Specialist neurodiversity assessment service

As we are a private healthcare provider, we accept self-referrals. This means you can get in touch with us directly to talk about any assessments you are considering. We can also accept referrals from GPs and other health care professionals, provided your consent has been sought for them to share information about you before doing so.

Please use the ‘contact us’ form on the website to register your interest. A member of the team will then contact you as soon as possible to discuss your requirements and arrange your assessment.

We kindly ask that payment for all services is made upon booking by Bank Automated Credit System (BACS) transfer. We unfortunately cannot accept cash or cheques and are not currently registered as a provider with any health insurance companies.

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy which means that pre-arranged appointments that are cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will still be charged at the agreed rate (this will be discussed at booking). We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an appointment, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to do so. Non-attendance without prior cancellation will also be charged at the agreed rate.

Although this is something we are hoping to offer in future, we are currently an assessment only service and do not provide this kind of input at present. The clinical team who assesses you will be able to signpost you to local services that can offer ongoing support.

Sometimes, you may need more urgent mental health support in between sessions. We do not offer an urgent care or out of hours service and advise you to access your GP, out of hours and emergency services if needed.

Our clinic is based in Swansea, South Wales and most assessment components are completed here or online. We do also have a clinic base in Bridgend, for those clients who are located further East, or would prefer to access this. Our child autism assessments also include a school observation, which may incur an additional travel fee (this will be discussed with you prior to booking). We do offer assessments outside of South Wales, at an additional fee for travel time and mileage. Please contact us for a quote.
